  1.  @tobeytransport2802  Judges interpret the law to their own judgment even though it may not be fair or correct. We should blame judges. Highway Obstruction is already covered by laws.

  2. They enacted a new law so they could use Statutory Instruments to extend it to cover other means of protest so it hasn't got to go through Parliament. It's the old Problem, reaction, solution. The solution being what they wanted to do in the first lace and that is to stamp on our freedoms.
