  1. You are never found to be 'innocent' in a court of law, - just 'Not Guilty'. There is a big difference between the prosection being unable to prove guilt within the definition of the law and a person who has been found to be guilty. Sometimes a verdict can be overturned due to the law not being administered correctly due to procedural failings. That doesn't mean they are innocent either.
