  1. There were gangs of blk young men stripping clothing stores of leather jackets in the late 90s and early 2000s. I know because I dealt with them. The demographic just has some new additions. There were also b gangs robbing people of wallets and hand bags en mass in the 1970s too which never made the news. One such incident at the Hammersmith Odeon it's just that has become a regular occurence these days.
