  1. There were black sailors in the Royal Navy and the Battle of Trafalgar. There were many nationalities in the British military. But yes, it is really being amplified for a purpose. There is a seat in Bucky Doo square in Bridport Dorset showing the local community and in it there are black people. I have probably seen a couple of black people in the town but I don't believe they are locals.
