  4. C02 does not affect the climate, It will affect the eco systems which after a few hundred years could affect the climate. This will happen because the more C02, the more trees and vegetation and the more oxygen for us. They actually pump C02 into greenhouses to help plant growth! Also, C02 is NOT a greenhouse effect gas because it is heavier than air and lies close to the ground and at the present time is just 0.4% of the air around us. That figure should be higher as it was hundreds of thousands of years ago. C02 is that gas of life so maybe that's why they don't want it.
