I unfortunately had to move back the the South East from Dorset 4 years ago and I guessed that the ULEZ would eventually expand and the LEZ too, out to the M25 boundary. Looks like I am being proved right. Good job I am outside it now, but who know what they will be doing in a few years time.

@chevchelios8582 I don't think that will matter in a few years anyway mate. You have to remember that this is not Little Khan's idea, he's just a puppet for his superiors. Also remember what that nice Klaus said? 'You will own nothing and you WILL be happy.
