  2.  @polla2256  It's 30 mph then. I will never drive at 20mph unless I deem it necessary to do so, which is quite often in built up areas for a number of reasons. If it's clear and safe - 30mph!!

  5.  @thomasherrin6798  Most drivers are OK and not dangerous. Driving at 20mph is not safer, it's more dangerous and it produced more toxins due to gear ratios. But we all know it has NOTHING to do with safety or health. Having been a police officer for 30 years in London I can say that with knowledge and experience.

  6.  @BDX55  It can often be a guide to what the law states. So it's not all a guide. Some is, some isn't and if you don't adhere to it you can be prosectuted for driving without due care or without reasonable consideration. I am not in total disagreement with you on that.

  8. These companies will always support their paymaters requirements otherwise they would just use another company who would. I am not allowed to say why they do this because youtube would delete my comment. I am just back from the 'naughty chair' after being banned for 24 hours. for telling the truth.
