I haven't got an economy 7 meter but they will have to kick my door down to switch mine off because I had the sense not be be coerced into buying another ball & chain like a smart phone. I saw this coming years ago! I don't think you even need to rent a meter from them, you can buy and install your own. That's what I have read anyway.
