  1. I will always refuse one no matter what. They are dangerous for many reasons and they will have total control over your life. I have refused everything else. Lower prices .... for now just like EVs.

  3. @ Just checked online about this and it is actually illegal and no electrician will do that job anyway. Just refuse a smart meter. They will need a warrant to force you but even then they are not safe so request a document from them accepting any liability for health and safety issues. Look into the health aspects of radiation and fires. Shrubbery is affected and so will we be too.
