  2. There is no law in the UK which can be used against hard braking unless you inconvenience someone else in the process. They will have no idea what speed the vehicle was going before it braked anyway. 'They must have' is no evidence. I am sure they will require signage before you get to the radar anyway so it's an absolutely crazy idea. Oh wait ... everything is crazy now. I forgot.
