  2. We had the same issues with women in the police many years ago. After they joined up, most would be gone in five years or would find themselves a nice warm office job, leaving us guys to keep the streets safe with all the stress and work that entails. And yes, before any wise cracks appear - we did that back then. But I certainly wouldn't fight for the government. If I was younger I would leave in a shot, but to where?
