  3. It ISN'T the knife itself it's the person carrying it. What about chef's knives? Ban them too? They banned handguns and look what happened with that? Lawful owners and users in clubs stopped from their enjoyment and criminals carry on as they like. That guy more than likely WAS from a gang!! More platitudes.
