  4. In Lyme Regis during peak season you can't do anymore than 20mph in the town itself anyway, so what is the point? It's so hilly that there are many roads which 20mph would be far more disruptive to locals having to stick to that crazy speed. I have never seen people driving at mad speeds there and frequented it a lot over the years. More anti-car bs.
