  2. Very soon any ethnic 'out of work' will be racist and any white person 'in work' will be racist too. Before I retired we were being lectured by a black woman on racism and after getting herself all would up she called all of us (who happened to be all white) "You people" !! Even our manager was taken aback but couldn't say anything about it.
