  2. I'm a resident gaijin and I'm strongly against that. Just look what has happened in Europe and America. Even local elections are the entrance to national positions for politicians. Letting these pushers get elected is the best way for Japanese to lose their country. If foreigners want to vote, they must get citizenship first, period.
