  1. Remember that early on in the crisis, foreigners with Japanese permanent residency were not allowed back. Like, you went on a business trip with your Japanese coworker and they can come back but you can’t. Just be homeless anywhere else.

  2. Don’t worry, tourists are not coming back yet; only professionals. Personally I wouldn’t even go to a party if I had to wear a mask. Nor I’d spend money to visit any country on the verge of becoming a police state.
