Often ppl in the comment section judge negatively only from their ❄ standpoint and imagine Japan while they never experienced it. Others, conversely, are total weaboos. Once I met a dude who visited Tokyo and was in disbelief that real people don't live like in mangas. About being exploited at work, it's true in some industries, but it's not like workers don't have a choice at all.

  5.  @nanaishotandyoung1047  You've got a point here, that for some positions, beginners are hired regardless of their major and can be trained for 2 years at the expense of the company. Thus loyalty is expected from them.
