  3. Great video, however I'd like to point a point that might sound rude or offensive to some: Before you make cutting trees prohibited, you secure another heat source for the people. Same thing everywhere, and I'm not saying this is an always correct pov, But before you prohibit illegal fishing or whatever else, you have to provide means for the people to fish. to eat. Some may counter argue that most are doing it for the money and that is definility true but you also cannot deny that my point holds some validity. I believe the best way to stop something is not by laws and even by law enforcment but by providing a better alternative. Going back, maybe if everyone had food, so much so it becomes not so lucrative to go illegal fishing less people would do it and you can enforce the law on the rest. I hope I made a point without coming across as being totally on the opposite end. balance and common grounds in everything.
