  45. The argument, I think, is that carnivores like lions do not build a pen and raise deers, slaughtering one whenever they are hungry. I dislike the guy in the video but I think the lawfuly good Vegans are against how non-wild animals are raised en masse and systematically butchered and processed into food. Millions of animals that are born for the sole purpose of becoming meat. But, although it is inhumane to me, its just a consequence for our huge population. In the distant past we weren't 8 billion, now we are. And people need food. The common ground I can find however is perhaps differentiating between meat needed for survival, keeping that cheat, and meat needed for over indulgence like multi-layered burgers and stuff like that made for human ogres

The cure to gacha, that I used and worked on me, is that I conditioned myself to lose interest the moment I realize how the main gameplay loop of a game works and finding out it's mostly just wasting time for randomness. It solved my collector addiction in video games and now even made me disgusted by gacha. "Oh, so the most I can get out of this is A/B/C item after putting in this range of time and or money? Meh, I feel like playing singleplayer again." *Proceeds to uninstall, then have a 30 min philosophical moment deciding which single player game to play, from dark souls and all the way to factorio
