Not everyone is like the USA or the west in general in tech. What I mean is a lot of companies in 3rd world companies are way behind on the tech stack. Or rather, the USA is at the bleeding edge of the tech stat. Of course I am not generalizing nor stating as facts, just giving one perspective.
