  2. But I harvest my own olive trees, take them to the local grinder-place and observe the workers making my oil. Then I haul the olive glass jars to the family because I don't eat much oil >.<

  3.  @Stapanista  That is incorrect. There are a lot of bad sellers, like every other place in the world. But there are legitimate sellers. The best ones are locals who sell the surplus from their plantations.
