I don't like giving faces to robots that can display all kinds of emotions, even if through simple emojis. that in my opinion is what would make people emotionally attached to them and soon enough even forget (unconsciously) that they are machines in the first place and not something alive, like a pet dog for example. I don't hate the home robots industry but I feel there need to be laws before it really takes off stating that every time or every now and then the product, aka the home robot, should remind the owner/customer that it is a programmed machine unaware of what it is doing. Even if that would lower sales. because I don't like the idea of having a blurred line between 2 things, i think in general having a clear line between two matters is important
