  10.  @polishtheday  It is almost always Canadian citizens in collaboration with the Canadian establishment that are doing this: "It’s the so-called immigration consultants in these countries that are doing this. They’re not licensed by the Canadian government, which the ones in Canada are (through a process that is tough and expensive). There’s nothing Canada can do because this is happening outside the country." Look into the Khalistani Punjabi mafia which is backed by the Canadian establishment.
