The number of immigrants inside India is growing exponentially. The city of Bangalore alone probably has about 700,000 foreign migrants--many of whom in tech & business. Talented Indians aren't usually willing to go to the UK, Canada anymore--because of their economic collapse. Many Indians are culturally British growing up in India. And many of these Indians are drawn to British culture and move to the UK for that reason, even though there are more lucrative opportunities in other countries. Ireland and Ireland have an easier time attracting Indian talent than the UK/Canada. Many Indians love to move to Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Poland, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, USA.

Far more than that over the long run. Asians (Chinese, indians, vietnamese, koreans, malays, filipinos) in particular tend to leave the UK a few years after arriving. the US also has a lot of brain drain. But not this bad.
