Talented Indians aren't usually willing to go to the UK, Canada anymore--because of their economic collapse. Many Indians are culturally British growing up in India. And many of these Indians are drawn to British culture and move to the UK for that reason, even though there are more lucrative opportunities in other countries. Ireland and Ireland have an easier time attracting Indian talent than the UK/Canada. Far more than that over the long run.
