@RobertMJohnson Most countries have successful ethnic groups that academically and economically outperform others. Latin America, USA, Canada, Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, Western Europe have many.
The UK is no exception.
In the UK, the successful ethnic groups that academically and economically outperform others would be:
Jews
Chinese
Indians
Irish
Russians
Igbo Nigerians
Yuroba Nigerians
Ghanaians
Welsh
Scotts
perhaps Iranians (need to see more data)
Kemi was blessed with a lot of cultural privilege to come from a good Christian (methodist) Yuroba Nigerian family and community. Which I suspect enabled her personal professional success. As Glenn Loury says "relations before transactions."
In the UK, 67 out of 146 billionaires are migrants. And migrants, children of migrants, grandchildren of migrants, ethnics increasing academically and economically dominate the English and British economies. Similar trends are taking place the world over.

@bosshogster6715 If the English economic collapse continues, soon the UK's former colonies will have to save the UK from collapse.
The UK use to have a similar per capita income as the USA. Next year the UK is likely to have 60% US per capita income, or a lower per capita income than South Korea, African Americans and the USA's poorest state, Mississippi. At her current trajectory the UK's per capita GDP in my view will fall to less than half US levels; and to a lower per capita income than Malaysia, Greece, Guyana, Panama, Bahamas, Portugal, Aruba.
The UK suffers from massive brain drain as the graduates of the UK's Russell Group universities (24 elite UK universities) and millionaire class rapidly leave the UK. The UK is likely to have about 600 K emigrants leave the UK next year. Over the past decade the number of nominal US dollar millionaires declined by 8% as the number of nominal US dollar millionaires inside the USA increased by 63% over the past decade.
Structurally and organically this UK economic deterioration is worse than it appears from the outside. It is masked by talented migrants who are keeping the UK afloat. Currently, 67 out of the UK's 146 billionaires are migrants (immigrants.) Soon it is probable that the large majority of british billionaires, millionaires, elites and top academic performers will be migrants, children of migrants, grandchildren of migrants or ethnics. Anglo saxon ethnic english are in danger of becoming an indigent underclass in their own country subsidized by migrants and ethnics similar to how the Bumiputera are subsidized in Malaysia.

The primary school I attended in my country Nigeria was led by teachers and a headmaster who were all British-educated. This was in the late 70s and early 80s, not up to 2 decades after independence from the UK. British influence was everywhere. That's how we learnt to speak and write impeccable English and the pattern of education and the curriculum were all patterned after that of the UK. So statements like yours show a level of ignorance that is simply beyond belief."
Everyone should read this comment. I second everything said above to the 10th degree.
Many Yuroba and Igbo grow up in Nigeria in a very culturally British context and are more British than many British. I would include Kemi and Kemi's school in Lagos in this group.
British culture remains very influenial across much of Africa, Guyana, Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, India, Bangladesh, some parts of Pakistan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia.

Please forgive my ignorance as a foreigner to your country who has visited but not lived in England. This is how I see the UK economy:

Do you agree with part of the above? And if so, why?
Thanks for sharing your insights. And it sucks that YouTube is eating up your comments.
