Should there be a vote in South America, Central America, Caribbean and Mexico and the USA and Canada to merge all the Americas into one country where only residents with ancestors who lived in the Americas prior to 1948 should be allowed to vote? This would forcibly merge all Latin American countries and the USA and Canada against their will, even if almost all their own citizens oppose it. Affluent Latin American countries such as Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Panama, Chile, Trinidad and Tobago would likely be unhappy too.
