  4. I think the statistics about the top execs are mostly (60%) extraverts are not exactly correct. Many well-known execs I can think of at the top of my head are all introverts. At SOME points in time, they may ACT more out-going but that doesn't change the fact that they probably prefer solitude over large crowds most of the time.
