  1. Haha, if I was mugged in NYC by teenage boys like I feared, I would have been like "take it all, leave me alone". I feel like people who do drastic sheet like going half way across the globe are the ones that have some kind of existential crisis. And to have existential crisis, you need to think a lot, and have more than 5 braincells. Good job, you're not a dumbass.

  2. How do you meditate meditate? I do the half-price version via painting or walking, ie flow state. But I cannot really just sit and focus on my breath.
