  1. I mean realtors' jobs are the easiest compared to what they pay. No college degree required, no 9 to 5, no actual knowledge or skills really - just walk around introduce a few things, get $20K per typical sale regardless if the sale was because of them or not. Just need to sell like 5 homes in a year to earn more than junior doctors who work like 18-hour shifts to save lives.

  2.  @ProCoach2373  Go get a 8-year medical degree, 4-year residency and 18-hour shifts while people's lives are in balance, and realize how walking around and chat for a bit is not even easy by comparison; it's child's play. Most realtors could never even get into pre-med, let alone complete a doctorate.

  8.  @ProCoach2373  If they have at least average intelligence, they understand to budget the $20K per sale over the months instead of spending it in 1 go. Better yet, invest it to get interest. Basic understand: lump sump now is always more valuable than getting dripped over time. What do you think happen to the psyche working 18-hour shifts and seeing patients die and announcing the news to family members? "So sad I only make $20K per sale, and have to wait a few more months to get another $20K. Boohoo". Name me which 5 walk in the parks are easier, have to meet these criteria - no college degree, no in-depth knowledge or handyman skills required, only basic literacy, no 9 to 5, can take off whenever, no lives or infrastructure hanging in balance, any others I have missed.
