Great presentation and discussion, it's refreshing to see such an effort to understand and adapt to the changing climate of gun culture. To add to the discussion about getting previous visitors to return, it's in part why I so often recommend Rock Island Auction preview days to people, because it's essentially a museum that refreshes its displays, and you're almost always going to see something new. Better still, you can get hands-on over there, which you can't do at museums. That hands on experience is invaluable to researchers and collectors alike.
