  1. Simple answer? Whoever pays more for it. Some guns deserve to be seen by many, shot by few, or shot by many. Frankly, if you paid for the gun, no matter how rare, you can shoot and abuse it to your hearts content. I don't even care if you bought the gun because you care about it's history or legacy. If you like it, use it, and enjoy using it, then kudos to you! (wait, do museums pay for any of this stuff?)
