  1. It is all about NETWORKING and unfortunately Nepotism. It has ALWAYS a been about who you know not what you know. That is how I landed all my good jobs and my hubby. We have our education but because we knew people we have great jobs. As soon as my teen son wanted a partime job- I was able to get him one within a week. It is because I know people and they know me. Get out there and meet people. Good luck 😊
