  1.  @scarred10  I’m speaking on before we made “natural” foods with chemicals added. Back in the Caribbean we grew our own food. Fruits and veggies and etc. It is always better then what is in stores etc. Getting your vitamin D from the sun Will always be better then from a pill, same thing other vitamin c- get that from “home grown” fruits. That is what I mean. Sigh.
