  1.  @BlueToronto hubby and I first place was a rental at $700 bucks 2002. We had so much money, vacation car. Things were so affordable. It is just crazy today the cost of living. We make triple than what we made before and yet can’t do half the things we did before. You can only cut back for so long. People should be able to enjoy their life.

  2.  @fuzzyx2face  I’m right there with you. They call a selected few to go back to the office over “operational needs” and if we refuse they said we have to take a leave unpaid. Yah. Money seems to be more important than people’s lives. I have a family and I kept my kids home, now I have to drop them at my folks to watch them while my husband and I go to work since we can’t work at home anymore- where is the fairness. It is so disgusting how they few people - but at least COVID brought out the truth that we never saw before. 🤷🏽‍♀️😔

  15.  @Theauthenticmindset  it is a cushy job, but a great paying job with good benefits and etc. If wages go up for some it should go up for all. A job is a job, and I don’t understand people who are mad at others for working in a field that pays well and is not that “physically” hard.? We all have choices, some people get and education to land those “cushy” jobs. Don’t hate the person the the system then. All jobs are different and pay differently, you can ant a better paying job, then get a better paying job. 🤷🏽‍♀️😌- I hope they get their increase.

  18. Where is the money going??! 🤨cause I don’t see it, NO average Canadian citizen-are getting a dime. All Canadians are getting is sky rocketed cost of living, paying more taxes and NOT getting pay increase. Where is the money going? NOT to the average everyday Canadian citizens. 😞

  22. My friend just bought a house on the outskirts of Toronto. Say 3 hours away from the city. Her husband found a job, 75k, .They wanted a home, but they had to make sacrifices. It is what is. We would love to have it all but that is just not reality. 🤷🏽‍♀️☺️

  26.  @peutetre211 something happening in Quebec because healthcare workers in strike all the time for better wages as well as teachers- I would say people in Quebec struggling too. My hubby work 10 mins from work, thank God and I work from home. I thanks God eveyday that we able to adjust and still have a decent life and do the things we like. We adjusted, almost debt free. Now trying to make more money…that is a task. Good luck everyone. 😊

  27. Canada needs to provide both. Keep it simple. One schedule for those who want to pay private and one schedule for those who go public. Eg, private Care is available Tues and Thurs and sundays - something like that. Each clinic and hospital can set their hours and days. I think Canada can definitely provide both, cause in some ways we do anyways. 🤷🏽‍♀️

  34.  @gsin311 so easy to just move right, cost nothing right.? It is happening everywhere and unfortunately a lot of people can not afford to leave. They pushing for two classes. The rich and the working class poor. Whoever was poor before this my heart goes out to you. Everyone has 3 options in my opinion, 1. Make more money, 2. Cut back on expenses, 3. Get out of debt. Hubby and I almost debt free got rid of our credit cards and refuse to go into debt, meaning we do without if we can’t afford it. Our teenagers are so humble, thank God and we in a strict budget. We realize if we want to continue the things we enjoy like vacations and going out to dinner and movies, we had to cut back. I think people don’t want to adjust- so credit card companies and etc are having a laugh. Pulling back on your wants will help. Sad that you have to leave the place you grew up in cause the cost of living is just too high.
