  1. These environmental groups should think outside the box. Like pushing for a worldwide nuclear war. Granted it'd be a shock to the environment but that's pretty resilient. It's survived numerous mass extinctions. The key here is that the surviving human population will be thrown back to the stone age. It'll take centuries if not millennia to get back to the current level. Think about it. Find me here for consultation. 😉
