There are no "dozens of reports of Greenscaressn and harnesses" Well, there are many youtube videos, but you also find many youtube videos of people who claim that the earth is flat, that they are time travellers etc. So don't be so gullible and believe all that nonsense. Objects in orbit are much easier to mainatin than objects under the sea, because there is nothing. However, what have you done to get information? "Sceptics" always come up with questions but what have you done to answer these questions? I hope you have read everything about the ISS on wikipedia? So there is the article "Internatioanl Space Station" itself. And then most chapters have link to a more detailed single article for that subtopics. And to all the missions that built it. And all the missions that brought astronauts to it.I hope you have read all that? Well, you don't have to. And I have not done it. But I would never have the audacity to be that arrogant to come up with "Maybe they are lying and it is fake?" before I have done it. Yes, you are paying with your tax dollars, and so all information are public, just go for it.
