Yep, a state monopoly, centralisation of credit, capital, communication and transport in the state. So non-state.

  3.  @JohnBickner nope it isn’t. And TIK isn’t a hysteric. Socialism is when there is state control of the economy. Socialism has no onligation to be Marxism, since it predates Marxism.

  12.  @chickenwim  What you said is irrelevant since words have meanings and are supposed to be used accordongly. You can’t just change a definition and claim that the definition must include something. That’s not how words work.
