@TheAjperras @Jon Erlandson you should seriously look into seeking some professional help ...but let me guess ...you are "perfect" and don't require it right if you think that because 12 jurors found Derek Chauvin guilty of murder on all counts... how many counts do you think there are in this world with juror verdicts being overturned?... A judgment notwithstanding the verdict (or JNOV) is an order by a judge after a jury has returned its verdict. The judge can overturn the jury's verdict if he or she feels it cannot reasonably be supported by the evidence or if it contradicts itself.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" in that sentence... what is said is... all men have the freedom given by God to pursuit... life... liberty... and happiness... nothing about nothing else...
