@slim9978 George Floyd resisted arrest from the moment he was approached in his van... his behavior set the cops off... Chauvin told Floyd before he crossed the street with him... "you're making me nervous" ... now.. because you aren't a person who deals with methed out junkies day in and day out... you.. probably don't know their tricks....

@Tristin1974 in minnesota... resisting arrest is a federal crime.. people more or less give up their rights when resisting arrest... particularly if they appear to be dangerous....

@Mr. Bee George Floyd had to be restrained... he was kicking himself out of the police van... that's what landed him on the street... and his continued efforts in resisting... is what got the knee on the neck... and... his own physical exertion in resisting arrest... is what gave him the heart attack that killed him...

@TheAjperras @Jon Erlandson you should seriously look into seeking some professional help ...but let me guess ...you are "perfect" and don't require it right if you think that because 12 jurors found Derek Chauvin guilty of murder on all counts... how many counts do you think there are in this world with juror verdicts being overturned?... A judgment notwithstanding the verdict (or JNOV) is an order by a judge after a jury has returned its verdict. The judge can overturn the jury's verdict if he or she feels it cannot reasonably be supported by the evidence or if it contradicts itself.
