  1. we have lots of meth use in texas, and the drug war means they are desperate for money and buying bad dope which is even worse than meth out of a proper facility. we should give them pure meth for free, and keep offering rehab. it they want to waste their lives, let them live in an old house we don't need, make sure they can eat and have health insurance. people want off drugs much more than you might think, especially if you don't know anyone who uses the stuff.
