  6. So, I run a business business and employee about 115 people. According to my statistics, my average employee today makes about 41% more than they did Q4 2019. So, cost up for sure. But they earnings are up as well. Big time! The biggest differential is really interest rates.

  9. Here is my hit list for 2023: GT4RS - new at sticker R8 GT - $40 over sticker 765LT - $50K less than market today, ie right at $500k or $25K over sticker URUS S - at sticker Raptor R - $20K over sticker Any of these I should NOT be buying in your opinion?

You be saying the prices be falling, I get texts from sales people at Merritt partners or Graham rahal and I’m like, UNLUCKY said that prices be falling what you got to sell? And they like 997.2 4.0 for $725k ot 2015 Speciale Aperta at $950k. How is that falling prices??? I don’t know about that….

  13. So, as someone that knows a little bit about cars and definitely current state of economy and the way economics work, I highly recommend that you delete this video. There is a magnitude of errors that you have made in this video that anybody with a keen sense of understanding of how things work in this country would find laughable. You are a bit of a shock jock, for sure. This is evident from almost every video that you post. But this one, quite frankly, makes you look inept, the examples that you were giving are very inaccurate and very far from being with the truth. Are the prices down across-the-board? Yes . Are the defaults on the rise? Yes. Did prices (inflation) go up quite a bit in 2021, 2022 in the beginning of 2023? Yes, also correct. However, when nowhere close to what happened in 2007 and 2008. I do not know what exactly you are trying to accomplish, other than being a shock jock but as a finance professional and a guy with a 50 car collection, my opinion of you just went down and equivalent of 100 fico score points lol. A bit embarrassing to be honest.

I have made some good investments (Scuderia, 997.2 GT3RS, GT350R Heritage, R8V10 Spyder 6MT, M2CS 6MT with all options etc) I enjoy looking at theme. Besides, I do rack up 30-40K miles per your total between all of the cars.
