  1.  @GeoffDay-t4g  China is a bureaucracy. It is run by layers upon layers of specialists in engineering, agriculture, logistics, and various disciplines of science. They rise to their ranks from the ground level through accredited accomplishments. If a person can dictatorially rule 1.4 billion people, with such achievement, I will say he deserves to be a ruler. But that's not how China works.
