  1. From Tim Cook: the tooling skill is very deep in China. In the US we could have a meeting of tooling engineers, I am not sure if we could fill the room. In China, you could fill multiple football fields. This mistake was not offshoring. The root mistake was the lack of an education/training policy that generates skilled workers, which causes companies to go offshore.
