Meanwhile in China, the govt had built miles and miles of canals, criss-crossing the country, bringing water to wherever is needed. Don't you wish you have the same thing in america? Oh yes, there are canals in california, and they are doing a great job. But can you do it at the national level? I doubted it; the american politics is designed to fragment the people.
