  2.  @chrishammer4749  Carriers are WW2 strategy. In WW3, they are as useful as the Bismarck/Yamato/Arizona in WW2. Today, with satellite monitoring, there is no place for carriers to hide. They are just sitting ducks. How many anti-missile missiles can you bring across the pond? Not enough to counter the land-based missiles. Win-Win Cooperation is the Only Way to Co-Exist on this Finite Planet.

Then what is the US going to do??? -- send troop ships through 12,000 miles of open ocean? -- sitting ducks If US lobs missiles at china (you have no moral grounds to do that), they have 10 times the missiles and US will lose 100 times more than they do. So the best the US could do is to sanction china. And we all know what happened to the sanctions in Russia -- it hurt the west more than Russia.
