  1. *Win-Win Cooperation* is the ONLY WAY going forward. Sanctions are like putting your head in the sand. You won't even know the other side has surpassed you. What is scary to the heg is not how the other side outdoes them in creating AI, but how the other side makes it available to the less fortunate.
