  2. 6: Lose if you Accept, and lose if you reject -- Accepting the Peace Plan will pave the way for China to disarm US in Taiwan. Rejecting the Peace Plan will give China the excuse to use force to take Taiwan. Either way, US is the loser in more than one way.
