Minorities have defined privileges. eg. they can have multiple children, they have special university placements, and small businesses get no-interest loans. They also have language classes and cultural programs. The Uyghur population has grown from 2 million to today's 12 million. How do you genocide when the population is growing? I would invite you to show us the aboriginal census from your country for comparison.
