It was the free capitalists who found that it was more profitable to be a trader than a manufacturer because they didn't have to deal with the unions and EPA and local govt agencies. etc., so they outsourced the manufacturing overseas. Cn was just one of them. If it were for all the sanctions, they would still be working as assembly workers.
